The first Men’s Breakfast for 2020 will be on Saturday 8th February, at 8:00am in the St Vincent de Paul Centre. All gentleman of the Parish, and friends are warmly invited to attend. The speaker at this gathering will be Mike Hansen; the topic will be ‘Walking the Camino de Compestela (the way to the field of stars).

Our Next Youth Mass will be on Sunday February 23rd 2020 at 5:30pm Mass. The Youth Choir will sing at this Mass, with rehearsal at 4:30pm (one hour before the Mass).

CHRISTMAS NATIVITY SCENE:

Preschool and primary school aged children who wish to participate in the Nativity Scene at the Christmas Family Mass at 7:00pmon December 24 need to complete the information required on a flyer on the entrance tables. There are still vacancies for shepherds and angels in the Nativity Scene, so please complete the necessary paperwork and come to the costume-fitting this Sunday after 9:30am Mass. Completed forms can be dropped into the Parish Office,if after hours, please put the forms through the mail slot beside the front door. Please take the information section of the flyer home so you have all the relevant details.

We are getting very excited for our annual youth event CELEBRATE. Please come along and support our Youth on August 25th-Kildare Campus – 4pm –7pm.

Our next Youth Mass will be celebrated at the 9:30am Mass on Sunday June 9th, our Multi-cultural celebration Sunday, Pentecost Sunday. Contact Uwa Imhagwe on 5174 2060 if you wish to participate in this celebration.

The next Formation Session for our Yr 6 to Yr 12 young people will be held on Friday 14th June, 7:00-8:30pm in the Parish Centre. The Guest Speaker at this gathering will be Susan Luscombe who will present a session on ‘The Images of God’. Anyone interested in bringing food for our youngsters to eat, your generosity would be gratefully and eagerly accepted.
